This event brings together leaders, executives, and members of Family Businesses to share experiences and reflect on the key challenges and opportunities these companies face, with a focus on:

The impact of Artificial Intelligence on family and business dynamics
The influence of the family on long-term strategic decision-making
Under the leadership of Prof. Pedro Nuno Ferreira, Family in Business Accelerator, the program includes a networking lunch, an opening keynote, and two panel discussions featuring AESE professors, IESE network experts, guests from the Family Business Association (AEF), UBP, and inspiring participants.
