These sessions will have a strictly advisory framework, serving as a space for reflection and clarification of questions with a real estate specialist. The focus will be on sharing perspectives on the real estate sector, relevant trends, current challenges, and topics impacting owners, investors, and occupiers today—namely changes in market dynamics, approvals and changes of use, the economic context (inflation, interest rates), and the rental framework, among others.

Inês Sousa – Head of Private Wealth at Cushman & Wakefield (dedicated to real estate advisory for entrepreneurial families, family offices, and private investors, with a focus on wealth preservation strategies).

Taking place throughout the month of May, with 30-minute slots and the possibility of extension if there is interest from the participant.
