The Association is pleased to invite you to the 4th edition of Family Business Day, taking place on October 14 at Católica-Lisbon SBE.
The theme of this edition is “When the Founder Leaves the Room: Succession, Legacy and Continuity in Family Businesses”, and it will explore one of the most critical moments in the life of a Family Business: succession. Beyond the mere transition of leadership, the discussion will focus on how to preserve legacy, identity and long-term continuity across generations.
Bringing together academic, legal, psychological and practical perspectives, the event will conclude with a dialogue between leaders of some of the most relevant family businesses and institutions in Portugal.
