The involvement of individuals in a family business can occur at different levels — as an employee, manager, shareholder, or member of the family that controls the company, or a combination of these roles.
With this masterclass, the goal is to highlight that each person’s attitude in relation to these positions must be well defined and clear to everyone, as this is crucial for the cohesion and generational continuity of both the business and the business family.

Participation in this MasterClass is intended for members of Family Businesses, whether or not they work in their Family Businesses. The sessions are free for our Members.
